Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 6, 2026
This policy explains how Hure ("we", "us") handles personal data on this website and in the Hure interview platform. The short version: we collect little, we never analyze how you look or sound, and a human — not Hure — makes every hiring decision.
1. Data we collect on this website
- Waitlist: the email address you submit (and nothing else). We use it only to contact you about access to Hure.
- Demo bookings: handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics: cookieless only. Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking) and PostHog configured in memory-only mode — no cookies, no persistent identifiers, and Do Not Track is respected. That is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
2. Interview data (if you interview with Hure)
When an employer invites you to a Hure interview, the employer decides to use Hure and controls the hiring process; we process interview data on their behalf. Before the interview starts you are asked for consent. During the interview we process your audio to conduct the conversation, produce a transcript, and generate a scorecard in which every rating cites the transcript.
What we never do:
- no biometric identification of any kind — no voiceprints, no facial analysis;
- no emotion inference — tone, stress, or "enthusiasm" are never measured or scored;
- no scoring of accent, fluency, or delivery — scores are based only on the content of what you said, and each one cites the moment in the transcript that supports it;
- no automated hiring decision — Hure proposes evidence-backed scores; a human on the hiring team makes the call.
3. Where data lives
Hure runs on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, and works with a small number of subprocessors to provide the service — real-time voice infrastructure, speech-to-text, language-model, and text-to-speech providers — under data-processing agreements. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at[email protected].
4. Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until we launch publicly or you ask us to delete them. Interview data is retained according to the employer's configuration and contract, and deleted on the employer's instruction.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you interviewed with Hure, you can also contact the employer who invited you — for interview data they are the controller and we support them in fulfilling your request. Where GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws apply, we honor the rights they grant.
6. Children
Hure is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process data of anyone under 16.
7. Changes
We will update this policy as the service evolves and change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
